The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the SSC GD Constable exam, which is a national-level examination to recruit candidates for the General Duty post of Constables (GD) in the BSF, CISF, ITBP, CRPF, and Rifleman. Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 23 and have completed Class 10 from a recognized board to be eligible for this SSC GD Constable recruitment. Candidates who apply for the SSC GD Constable will be subjected to a three-stage selection process (Computer Based Examination, PET/ PST or Detailed Medical Examination (DME)/ Review Medical Examination) (RME)). The SSC GD Constable Exam will be held online as a computer-based examination (CBE). The written exam for the SSC GD constable will be divided into four sections: General intelligence and reasoning, general knowledge and general awareness, elementary mathematics, and English/Hindi. The total time of the examination is 60 minutes. The positive marking in the examination is 2 marks and the negative marking is 0.50 marks.
