IIBF-DRA

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI), in collaboration with the Indian Banks' Association (IBA) and the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF), has introduced a certification program for Debt Recovery Agents (DRA). This is to ensure that recovery agents are well-trained and qualified before engaging in recovery activities for banks or NBFCs. Purpose of the Course: - To enhance the knowledge of banking products, policies, and processes. - To build skills in debt recovery, repossession, and improve communication and behavior in customer interactions. - Ensure fair and responsible recovery practices.

Tier I is a 60-minute online CBT with 100 questions across four subjects: General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Comprehension — each carrying 50 marks. Every correct answer earns +2 marks; every wrong answer deducts 0.5 marks.
