JNVST Class 6 Entrance Exam 2026 - Free Mock Tests

The Jawaharlal Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection Test (JNVST) for Class 6 (2027–2028) is a nationwide, entrance exam conducted by the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) for admission into residential JNV schools. Candidates must be born between May 1, 2015, and July 31, 2017, and currently enrolled in Class V in a recognized school within the target district. The exam is an offline, OMR-based test comprising 80 multiple-choice questions totaling 100 marks to be completed in 2 hours. It evaluates three core areas: Mental Ability with basic EVS concepts (50 marks), Arithmetic (25 marks), and Language Comprehension (25 marks). Candidates are awarded 1.25 marks per correct answer with no negative marking. Crucially, 75% of seats are reserved for rural applicants, and students are permitted only a single attempt in their lifetime.
