The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology or NIELIT has launched a new programme BCC - Basic Computer Course and this exam is conducted by the NIELIT. The course's goal is to provide a basic level computer appreciation programme with a focus on hands-on instruction. Initially, the course was designed to promote the idea of offering a course on computer fundamentals, particularly for students enrolled in vocational courses at ITIs/ITCs. To be eligible for this BCC - Basic Computer Course candidates can be any age of criteria and have passed any educational qualification. Candidates who apply for the BCC - Basic Computer Course will have to go through the online examination for certification. BCC - Basic Computer Course online examination will consist of Introduction to Computer, Introduction to Operating, Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentations, Introduction to Network & Internet and etc. Applicants must complete the application form online. Candidates applying for the BCC - Basic Computer Course must pay an application fee.
